Pale lemon with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit with herb notes. On the palate flavors of green apple and lemon citrus fruit and some green herb tones with lively acidity. Medium finish ending with fruit, herbal and crisp mineral notes. A bit different than a typical SB.

Just concluded our annual Fall seclusion at our cabin in the Rangeley lakes region of Maine, mobile service up there is mostly non-existent, after several days I am posting again. Notes are somewhat brief, as my focus is relaxing and watching the Common Loons swimming and diving in the cove in front of our camp.

Nose has lemon grass, kiwi, lemon pith and green hay.
Palate has lime zest, under-ripe green melon, wheat grass and under-ripe lime.
This bottle needs a few more years, seems a little awkward right now.

First Patricia Green I’ve had and first Oregon Sauv Blanc I’ve had. A nice first on both fronts. It’s lighter and grassier than most CA sauv blancs and was a great pairing with smoked black drum and fresh oysters. Really want to try their pinots.

Spectacular! Likr velvet on the tongue, smooth, no alcohol taste, which I hate. Violets and roses Served at Thanksgiving dinner, the wine and my creamed onions were the highlight of a pretty good dinner! Can't believe this is such a young wine, how could it be improved
