Had at Upstream pairing deliciously with Fish.Wonderful acidity, berries, flowers,cola and smooth tannins.Lingering finish

Good Pinot from Oregon. Patricia Green is a consistent producer if anything else. Yes, it smells like bad eggs and earth when you open but it gets better.....in the 3rd day. What is it about Pinot? Why does it have to smell like raw earth before it gets real?
