This wine is fun, delightful, and restored my faith in the universe. Pink, bubbly, with gorgeous acidity that slowly dissolves the tensions of even the most frustrating day. The finish reminds me of biting into soft pieces of fruit in a high-quality unsweetened strawberry jam.
