Unfortunately, this is over the hill. I had this romantic fantasy that this bottle might show me some amazing display of what Aglianico could mature into--however, it was instead a mix of soil, dried flowers, rotten red fruits and bullion on the nose and palate, with light textures, dried orange peel and mineral finish. There was nothing technically wrong, other than the fact that it was well over the hill.

Consistent throughout. A strong, rich wine with body but without much differentiation in its arc.
