Super tight and not giving much on day 1, this opened up beautifully on day 2. Deep Bing cherry color, with sour cherry notes and nice depth. Lovely, but you'll have to wait for it...

Flavors are on point, but holy COW does this need time. Tannins are very aggressively grippy, which is encouraging for longevity, but makes for a challenging drink right now.

Still a little tight. This wine had a wonderful blend of volcanic funk and berries on a breeze. The tannins were firm but integrated. Finish lingered for minutes. I scooped up the only bottle I’ve seen in town but will keep my 👀 on the lookout for more.
