On this Friday "Prevening" I am tasting a Rose' from the Loire Valley of France. 100% Pinot Noir, Peach in color and as soon as I popped the cork I found it to be very aromatic. Wonderful fruit aromas on the nose, red berries, watermelon, and strawberry bubble gum. I love the smells, just don't want to stop sniffing. On the palate there is bright wild strawberries, ruby red grapefruit and a fresh clean body with a crisp finish. Nice medium acidity and medium + minerality that leads to a long and pleasing finish. Very refreshing for a hot summer day.

Delectable....even the nattiest, skin contact SB probably does not have salmon colored juice. This is Sancerre Rose 2013 from Pinot Noir.

Pinot noir rose, produces a very fruity nose. Very easy to drink, crisp, clean and flavorful.
