May 24th, 201614 yr old, 2001 Sauvignon Blanc from the Langhe was Unfortunately dead😔. 2yrs ago this bottle was singing with acidity. The fleshy fruit had left but the citrus was still there hiding under layers of wet rock. Have not tried any recent vintage but knowing the shelf life am not afraid to explore.
