Fresh water like. With some bitterness and stimulation. Lemon like acidity. So delicate, so I could not feel various taste, until I entered into this wine. Minerally. Good match with Japanese style hotpot with sliced pork(sweetness and sourness of this wine)! 2019 @960, Kping, 210204-210211

Funky and a bit reductive on the nose. Melon, almonds, honey on the palate. Mild acidity of green apple comes through.
