St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon

Delicious & quintessential single-vineyard Napa cab.

Not sure how/where I acquired this wine. Might have been a gift from the winery for bidding on their Napa Valley Wine auction lot several years ago. Great nose developed as we were finishing off the bottle.

Tasting Room - Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Collection: Nutty aroma and sweet, woody taste. Medium body and mellow finish. Toasted oak, blueberry, red currant, and vanilla. Seems perfect for suggested pairings: beef short ribs, hamburger, and roast pork tenderloins.
