I can drink this rose all year around

Honey, nougat, pistachio.

Dry with a nice honey aftertaste, but nothing too special beyond that

Very interesting rose. Fuller bodied than most Greek style rose. Some strawberries, a little spice, and hints of salinity from the sea. First time with the Sideritis grape. I feel this would go well with Asian or spicy food.

Excellent. Truly the best rose I have had in some time. Crisp, tart with a slight hint of strawberry. Pairs great with Seafood.

@Delectable Wine it is 'petite' not 'petiet'...anyway salty, lemon suds, pineapple.

My first Greek rose. Dry, crisp, delicious notes of strawberry and hints of spice. Excellent rose.
