A 90/10 Assyrtiko/Malagousia blend, marrying the aromatic with the mineral.
Shy nose with some lemon, flint, pomelo and salty rocks.
On the palate this is nicely rounded, not too sharp, with some nice depth & character. A bit muted in the mid palate though. Decent length.
