Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir

Deep ruby color. Strawberry, rhubarb, cherry, nutmeg, vanilla, and subtle hints of cola. Very silky tannins and a long finish. Deelish!

Touch stemmy and grapey but cheap. Lovin SLH Pinot these days. Actually tastes like Pinot

The nose is bright red fruit. On the palate bright cherry, raspberry, and strawberry predominant along with cinnamon, oak, licorice, and cedar. Medium minus tannins, medium plus alcohol, and high acid. Bright, well balanced, and smooth.

Cherry pie nose. Cherry, strawberry, and cherry cola on the palate with a moderate plus acid finish. Well rounded and disciplined, this is a bright and addictively drinkable SLH Pinot.

Color a little off for a Pinot. Not a lot of earthy or strawberry notes. Nice medium body. Not a typical Pinot flavor. But nice and a little sweet on the finish.

Black cherry, subtle rhubarb, red berry, soft tannins, good acid, palate sweetness
