Beautiful cab. Complex and nicely structured. Best of tasting but kind of outside of the competition considering the $70 price tag.

One of my lovelies swore by this one and she was right. A beautiful accompaniment to an elegant meal creek side at L'Auberge. Irresistible aroma. Smooth and round.

Didn't have the stamina I had hoped for

1991 Cabernet. Paradigm's first vintage, back in Heidi Barrett's early days. Absolutely beautiful. 12.9% alcohol

Cherry Tabacco delightful vanilla. A little pepper not overly tannic. Still freaking solid for 2006

Classic Napa. Peak between 22 and 44 mins, which makes it quite desirable for any dinner. Cheers.

Hidden gem. Rich cab. Not too big. Full experience. More than worth the money

Rich, smooth Cab with awesome bouquet. Hints of chocolate and deep fruit. This a classic Napa cab from a very good year. The finish goes on and on. Enjoyed aboard Seabourn Odyssey off French Polynesia.
