Great with chocolate, bad with citrus. Refreshing and light. Definitely drinkable

Established in 1779, whole cluster fermented 2 weeks, 40 year old vines on gneiss soil. Unlike most pinot noir, raw flavor, easy drinking, versatile wine, served slightly chilled.
