Paper Planes
Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Rosé
So good according to the tennis 🎾 girls - I had a day trip and of course flight delayed so what did they do?
Start without me and drink like fishes as you will see shortly - I got lick the empty bottle do the scores are strictly the ladies scores
I might add they picked some good ones to devour
They were 😄Ing

May 6th, 2018Cotton Candy and creamed berries on the nose. Bright and fresh with balanced acid. Excellent rosé even after drinking nearly a case of it.

Apr 16th, 2018Feel like I’m the last kid on the block to finally try this, and I’m happy to say this most definitely lives up to the hype.
Being in TX, rosés can be a perfect companion alongside the brutal heat, and this is probably the best rosé I’ve had to date (though I’d put Arnyca’s up there even though it’s quite different, and Gargiulo’s Rosato). Many rosés come across flabby and too fruit forward. This balances fruit and acidity perfectly. Watermelon dominates the nose, alongside kiwi and melon. Very faint color. Fantastic finish with a rush of cantaloupe, more watermelon, and grapefruit tart. For me, acidity is the one trait many rosés fail at, yet this one does it better than any I’ve had. Lovely 12.5ABV. Thanks to @Shawn R for letting me finally give this stuff a whirl! Highest rating I’ve ever given a rosé!

Thank you @David L, this is truly a stunning Rosé and an absolute treat. Need to get some!
Medium copper pink. Love the nose with layers of watermelon, stone fruits, and wet stones. Perfectly balanced with solid acidity (7/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Fresh and crisp on the palate with some tart fruit notes, watermelon, citrus and a little stoney. Fruit wise and rocky. Long and lingering finish. Absolutely stunning rosé, would love to try some future vintages. Drink till 2021.

16' Paper Planes. Hands down the best Rose I've had this year. It's the only thing they make. Get some of this!!
