This Cabernet from the Mt Veeder AVA has a beautiful nose of red fruits and violets, but the hard tannins are going to take many years to soften up.

Blind. Guessed Cabernet and young. This has an amazing nose a little weak in the middle but that's being über critical. Nice dusty tannins.
