This wine pours a light, clear ruby red. It has a mild, but spicy nose. Flavors of strawberry, raspberry, some vanilla. Mild tannins and just a little acidity. It has a refined, smooth “feel” for lack of a better term. I am floored by the quality of this Mexican wine. It paired well with the grass-fed ribeye we paired it with. Many thanks to good friend Phil for this wonderful gift.
