We popped and poured. That seemed to be a mistake as this wine needed more airtime.

It got better with air and it showed some elegance but was not shining.

Probably the best Barolo I've ever had. Tastes like cherry pie. Ripe cherries, baking spices, high acidity, perfect tannic finish. WOW
