Balanced ripe blackberry and strong leather and tar on the nose. Overpowering ripe tannins, but extremely well balanced with fruit and alcohol. Nice and long tannic finish. A Barolo is a Barolo, always comes with a macho character, this one has a soft feminine side. A 2007 tastes still so young after 10 years!
