An excellent Dolcetto for porcini ravioli and roasted cauliflower. This wine had lots of Amaro like bitterness and complexity- Cinnamon even had me taste it after smelling the flat parsley to highlight its lovely medicinal quality. Nice stuff.

Apr 20th, 2015Delish. The difference between first sip and last was epic. Very berry and friendly at first and dirty, sexy and dry to finish. Loved it.
