An excellent value for an everyday sipper, this white blend always delivers and will accompany almost any dish. I served it at an event alongside many more expensive wines and in the days that followed, many guests were praising the pancake!

$5 @ Trader Joes. nice golden hue, aromas of naval orange, peach, lemongrass and melon. Flavors of underripe peach, lemon and a clover honey finish. Not a bad little white wine.

Good for drinking alone. Tastes like a viognier w olive. Once it opens up it tastes juniper forward. Would make a great transitional wine to a martini.
Finally, after a while, it becomes less tight and is very apricot-fwd.

A fun addition to a Saturday afternoon. A bit sweet and tannic the first evening we tried it, but much more mellow after a night in the fridge. And yes, I bought this almost entirely because it said pancake on the label.
