Sipping Fine Wine

Palladio, name of an architect from Venice who created innovative designs during the Renaissance. Wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, vinified in stainless steel tanks and cement vats. Aged in stainless steel & French oak for 12 months. Ruby with black/red fruit aromas and pepper spice. On the palate, cherry and blackberry flavors with cacao and tobacco and notes of black pepper. Surprisingly soft tannins, good balance medium length. Tasting Sample.

An okay wine. I had some great Chianti’s in Italy and this is not one of my favorites.

Very dry. Purchased at tableWINE. Deep red color. We were craving something red and not sweet and this totally fit the bill.
