2003 Dolcetto but you’d never know it. Amazing how fresh and youthful. Fruit has picked up a hint of dried character but still sings with cherry and acid in a similar way to this wine when young.

Massive, sappy, impenetrably dark. Insane concentration. Roast plums, toasted almond, blackstrap. Fine, but substantial, tannins. One of the greatest young Dolcettos I've ever tasted. #paitin #dolcetto
