All estate fruit, hand picked and aged 18 months in 30 % new oak.
Deep dark red, almost black in colour.
Big, ripe raspberries, black cherries, black violets and white pepper on the nose.
Rich, savoury and luscious. Raspberry, black plums black cherries with a smooth and plush finish.
