Jayson Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Pale lemon gold color with aromas of bright citrus and tropical fruit with herb notes. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and lemon citrus fruit, some honeysuckle tones with lively acidity. Medium finish ending with fruit, grapefruit citrus, herb baking spice and crisp mineral notes.

Surprised a bit with the layers to this. Layers of richness, equal to the acidity, kept this one fresh in the glass all afternoon.

Lemon lime custard, medium plus acidity, tropicals, lovely SB.

Exotic, yet focused and precise. Pineapple, lemon and meld with hints of coconut. Vibrant expression on the palate, with nice complimentary acidity. At $22 this easily goes toe-to-toe with SB’s twice the price.

This SB exploded from the glass. Loads of passion fruit, lychee and guava on the nose. Beautiful detail on the palate. Sun-soaked white fruits compete for your attention. Lovely tension between the fruit and acidity, which presents a sense of urgency. For $30, this is exceptional. 93 - 94 pts, easy. Get some!
Going the sous vide route with this tomahawk steak. We have a cab to compliment this.

Fairly one-dimensional in terms of flavors, but wonderful textural components.

Nose of lemon rid and minerals, body crisp, Meyer lemon, wet stones with good acid and medium long finish

Light acid up front ending with complex yet delicate tropical nose

Funky salinity and citrus bomb. But the more I drink it, the better it tastes

Soft but with some acidity. Resembles a great White Bordeaux
