Viognier fermentado en barrica de los Montes de Toledo. Inicio cerrado con presencia de mucha madera, sobre todo en nariz. Una vez abierto se muestra amplio, graso y muy agradable.

This is all about Lower temp,. A Spanish Viognier-quince paste, fig, lovely medium bodied almost throaty pitch- but if cold it's shrill & one note, simple. From a quality producer. Begs for food. Needs air to let the 14% settle down.
