Tart and spiced apple, yeast and bread notes, a citrus backbone and refreshing finish. Disgorged 1/17

Toasted, almond and marzipan. Wheat toast. Very pleasant.

Chalky, almond, mineral, stone. Plenty of fruit at the start. Nice finish.

Solid grower. Perhaps a bit lacking in some tension.

Creamy apple, toasted brioche, almond, pear. Richness on the palate.

Solid grower blanc de blanc, in a broader style reminiscent of Guy Larmandier's Cramant bottling.

Great complexity, nose punches above its weight. A strong nuttiness puts a layer of dust on the concentrated lemon and red apple profile, giving a mini-krug feel, albeit scaled down in intensity. Five years on the lees and 30% reserve show really well

Milk chocolate notes in the nose and in the finish...I bleep you not. Intriguing and delicious.
