Pale, clean clear yellow w green rim. Nose of ripe melons, tropical fruits. Palate mixes creamy, fruit richness of papaya w both a sapid, ivy leaf, herbal note and a gently peppery, papaya seed spice. All balanced but a very rich, vicious, medium plus body, that feels low in acid, bit has ample CO2 to keep things fresh. Engagingly complex on pnp.
