Beautifully evolved yet pure fruit aromas and flavors, combining richness and ripeness with freshness. Tilting towards dark berries and volcanic minerality, this structured and and oaky, ambitious red will be great for another 10 years easily.

Popped and poured and this bottle is singing out of the gate!!! Bright, amazing fruit with smooth tannins. Medium body. Very fruit-forward yet still perfectly balanced in my opinion. Loved this wine.

I find the oak somewhat disturbing despite its age, so I'll question whether it'll ever completely integrate or not, but we're splitting hairs now. Densely packed and beautifully balanced and fans of powerful Napa Valley reds should hunt it down.

Back to a real wine,
14.9, still a little high but doesn’t burn your nose, medium bodied, but smooth blend
Galloni tasted in 2012 & rated 92, the blend was all in concrete
