Getting ready for SA next week! Deep garnet red with opaque center. Loved the PNP nose, lots of meat. Wore off after a few to light meat and slight chalk. Palate had quite a bit of acidity, a little furry from moderate tannins (5.5/10) and a touch of dryness. Lots of sour cherries. Moderate body that balanced perfectly with the tannins. Slightly tangy finish.

Very elegant and balanced, with a round smoothness on the palate. Just the right dryness on the long finish. Impressive and noteworthy.
