The light straw yellow '11 O'Shaughnessy Sauvignon Blanc excites the nose with aromas of melon, lemon and pineapple. This full-bodied wine mellows to honeyed mineral flavors in the middle and then tart apple in the finish.

Doesn't taste like Sauvignon Blanc. This wine drinks like a Chardonnay (to me). I get baked apple, Creme brûlée, vanilla, and maybe oak?

Lovely aromatics, layers of citrus and pit fruit. Good acids frame this full bodied SB.

Good. Not great. But definitely better than the majority of $20-$30 bottles of SB.

We purchased this wine during our visit to the winery. It is drinking far better than I expected given its age. Grapefruit and citrus with round peach and apricot fruit, and honey. Nice backbone of acidity with mineral notes.

For the price this is just brilliant. Food friendly or delicious by itself.
