Sour nose, bland, mineral middle, mildly sweet citrus finish. No complexity

Like a little dialed down Chardonnay with a hint of fizz. Delicious. Went perfectly with the fettuccine a la vodka rosa for Christmas Eve dinner. Definitely good for cheeses and seafood and veggies.

Super chalky on the nose, mineral, bright citrus, light floral notes, cotton. So smooth on the palate with a great pop of acidity and lots of lemon. Paired with grilled and veg.
