So much fun, a textural adventure on the palate. Aromas and and flavors of basque cider, melon, green banana, sweet tarts, tums, sea foam and oyster shell mingle about. Shows more in its texture than anything else, high CO2, crumbly and grippy in extract. Almost waxy without being weighty.

This is the first Oriol Artigas wine that I have tried and it did not disappoint. Great notes of salt, papaya, and yeasty funkiness! Had with seafood and was delicious. Looking forward to trying more Artigas wine!

Very surprising! Very lemon forward and funky, almost like a lambic or sour beer. Strong citrus and a light yellow, cloudy, but really good!
