Call it what you want but Orin’s sweet spot is not Pinot - 16% and lots of cherry cough syrup. Probably just as effective as NyQuil... 💤

Typical Pinot aroma and flavors. Silky smooth. Nice acidity, spice and balanced oak (vanilla).

One of my fave pinots. Bold for a Pinot. Wish I could drink every day!

Sweet and heavy, almost port like. would work with nice cheese like a roquefort or gouda. A sharer, can do 4 people

Lots of cheery, but not an obnoxious fruit bomb. Hot. I prefer leaner pinots, but not bad.

Not up to usual Orin Swift standards. Somewhere in between Pinot & Cab but didn’t work for me at$50.

For a California Pinot Noir, I like this. This is the first Cali’ pinot I can say that about. All of those who have read my reviews know I prefer Oregon Pinots. You can really smell the cherry on the bouquet. The initial palate opens the canvas to colors and flavors of cherry, Red licorice, and boysenberry. The middle of this presentation is full on spice!!! The finish is mildly dry and leaves absolutely no aftertaste! No sourness, no tartness, only a desire for another taste!

Hints of forest floor, not a sweet PN. Orin Swift likes to make French style wines which you see in this

There should be no such thing as a steak pinot noir. But. Now there is.
