Inky purple with a garnet rim. Expressive aromas of stewed plum, cassis and blackberries with chocolate and coffee undertones. Full throttle with black current, blackberry and blueberries mixed with intense middle eastern spices. The finish is long and meaty with a hint of smoke.

This is now in my top 10 everyday wines! Definitely requires some time to open up (roughly 1-2 hours). Heavy tart red with blackberry, dark cherry, full body, silky satin start and tapers to a creamy tart finish that resonates for about 3-4 minutes. Poured in 1.5 to 2 oz splashes is the best way to drink...

One of the best wines I've ever experienced. Be sure to decanter and or aerate. It keeps getting better throughout the meal. I'm not a wine expert but I now know what multilayered means! Velvety and rich. Just plain liquid gold!

This is a big Rich wine that goes with something big; steak, prime rib, etc. Open it and let it breathe for an hour or two don't be in a rush.

I have had the 2005 which was amazing .. For a 2012 it's needs to breath but once it opens wow great cherry and berry flavor and just as bold as the 2005
