At Eastern Standard, Boston. Clean, precise; lots of quince, membrillo. Not overly tannic. Well done.

Love this "amber" wine. Apricots, ripe pear skins, some sherry notes and a touch of heat on the finish. Definitely exotic, eminently quaffable.

An amber wine! Bitter tannins from the skins make this wine starkly dry. It's also quite salty, with peach and apricot aromas and acidity giving it refreshing juiciness.

Focused, pungent, precise; green stone fruit, tumeric root, bitter herbs.

Oh Georgia!!!! Candied peaches, apricots, nuts, sea water, tannin and a finish for days!! So good with cheese, cured meats or umami flavors :)

Where wine and tea meet. The orange is misleading.

Clean and fresh nose, dried stone fruit aromas, a bit metallic. That gorgeous oxidation on the palate; saline; gripping tannins, plentiful acid. Such fun, interesting wine to mull over and think of all kinds of winey, intellectual things to say about it.
