🙈 tasting 6th wine
at wset level 2 course (2nd meeting)
last wine was dessert wine.
was sweet enough to easily guess.
had no clue regarding the origin, had only port and was sure this one isn't white port.
👃 was rich and included blossom, apple, canned fruit, some cream and oak and hints of passion fruit and caramel.
quite sweet with high acidity balancing.
👄 was same as nose.
long 🎯
needed some 🍰 and espresso next to it.
