Nice rich dark red, blackberry pie and cedar. Not too shabby for the price- good blend, just enough sweet to the dry.

If Red Riding Hood had had this wine in her basket for Grandma, the big bad wolf would have never devoured the two of them. He would have gone right to this bold, fruity wine and gotten plastered with the woodsman. It stays on the palette long after the first sip. I am pairing it with steaks on the grill. I first had it at Druthers in Albany then I had to have a bottle for the house.

Tasty!! Sweet, very slightly dry, strong cherry notes, with a touch of cranberry, cardamom, and vanilla. The nose is extremely pleasant, full of cherry and oak. Very, very nice
