I'm not a Pinot Gris guy, but I liked this one a lot. Lots of fruit but great acidity. Some residual sugar perhaps?

So Omero changed their wine making style on the 2014 & 2015 vintages of Pinot Gris to that of fermenting with skin contact, essentially an "Orange Wine". This 2015 is textured with slightly sweet/bitter notes with rhubarb, tart plum and quince flavors. A great introduction into the world of orange wines.
