Colli Tortonesi Timorasso

#timorasso is a #grape native of #piemonte bringing to life one of the most interesting #italian white #wine it is all about #minerality and liveliness. Mouthwatering!

My first Timorasso and I love it. Lot of acidity, flowers, white fruits and massive mineral. Full bodied and powerful, yet super pure and bracing.

Fresh light violet and white flowers

Rich, a subtle nutty note (almond?) with nice minerality, full-bodied with nice balancing acidity, long, lingering finish, terrific northern Italian Timorasso!

Golden yellow somewhat oxidative notes that blew off but balanced yet acidic mouthfeel and texture

Spicy, nutty note up front, richer, riper, heavier than the Ribolla Gialla (14% ABV here, 13% in the other), adequate acidity, lingering finish, not quite as pretty as the Ribolla, but another solid Italian bianco!

Refreshing.
