Olivier Leflaive
Bourgogne Aligoté
A legitimate alternative to ac Chablis. Beautiful, taut lines. Hard to be critical when they are this genuine.

Aug 4th, 2016A little bottle age adds another dimension and more richness. Completely blows away bulk Chablis AC bottles(they say Chablis on label and taste innocuous). From vines taken back from Domaine Leflaive after the 2009 vintage, so debut vintage. A Domaine Olivier Leflaive wine: Recolte du Domaine as opposed to Produit du France.
