Wicked wine, but this is no rosé by convention. So dark, and the initial reduction got me thinking of Prieure Roch's Le Cloud. Give it time and it rewards with juicy strawberries... wild strawberries, roses, herbs, pepper, and rocky goodness. Surprising for an 11'. One for the L'Angalore Tavel lover I reckon. Burgundian for sure 😜

more red than rosé.. nose is not spectacular.. but really really nice ..very burgandian ... acidic, lots of cranberry, hints of spice and that sharp acidic fuity finish..... really enjoyable! oh and give it air!
