I was warned about the brett in this wine, when open it was subtle, as it got more time and air it got intense. I liked it a lot! Super woody and brettsy.

Fantastic natural wine; all clear, fruits and fresh. The bottle holds oxydation for one hour or so; good news is that you can down it in twenty minutes with a few friends.

Delicious red Merlot and Syrah blend with extreme miners notes. Nose needs to blow off but then opens to reveal a medium acidity and lovely plum and cassis notes.
