OMG this is incredible. Incredibly deep cherry infused with rocky minerals. So floral. Stunning Subtle and nuanced. Amazing depth. So earthy and also so complex. A big step up over Bricco Ambrogio. As it airs spice comes out. What a wine and vintage. 16 never lets down. Palate is epic. Concentrated and focused cherry with terrific and substantial structure. This is a very serious wine. Amazing finish. Cherry echoes on the palate forever. Mingled with roses. Elegant and also dense. It unfurls on the palate and had clearly defined cherry:sour cherry fruit that is of the tiny berry quantity. Really saturating palate and dense fruit. This need ideally 5-10 years but the material is remarkable.

Nose has really cool aromatics. Gorgeous herb garden mixed with cherries. Cherry flower. Gorgeous.
Palate is bright cherries. Sour cherries. Wow Terrific. So Chewy. As this opens arakis level spice. Gorgeous. Dense dense dense.
As this opens it gets even better. Spicy. Some licorice. Great fruit. Amazing. I’m only giving this a 9.5 for some reason.
