I’ve officially turned in my ABC (anything but Chardonnay) card. Perfect balance of creaminess and acidity! Medium bodied. Peach and citrus notes. This bitch is delicious!!!

An Oaky chardonnay from Sonoma County California, made by Amici Cellars.

Showing lemons, limes, grapefruits with lots of oak, vanilla and spices.

Smooth with a soft mouthfeel.

Medium plus in body with Medium acidity.

A Good quality wine, just not my style.

84 points.

13.8% alcohol by volume.

Star bright straw gold. Subtle nose of red apple and Bosc pear. Full-bodied subtle palate of apples and pears with cloves on the finish. Medium acidity runs through it all. A balanced supporting Chardonnay that will compliment a wide variety of “white wine” foods without overwhelming (thanks to the 50% stainless)!or being overwhelmed (thanks to the 50% oak).

Limestone, citrus, mild buttery and good finish. Mid high acid, might need to breath.

Had the'12 and now trying the '13, medium yellow color with aromas of apples and tropical fruits. The palate shows stone fruits with heavy spice and oak. A bit out of balance with an off taste. Pass. Tasting Sample.

Not a huge Chardonnay fan but this is light with notes of Meyer lemon and lots of mineralogy.
