Sharp nose that is very fruit forward. On the palette, it’s a lot smoother than I expected. Cherry and raspberry give way to vegetal, leather, and savory flavors with a touch of vanilla towards the end.

High acid, low tannin. Would be good with food. Didn’t love it.

Some cherry on the nose, barnyard in the mouth, but enough structure to make it through

Leather nose. Gentle front, spicy back. Begging for all the white meats.

One of my concerns when I'm about to try almost any Chilean wine, is that it will be too vegetal. Not getting that at all from this one. Full, extracted and chewy black cherry. A bit of cola and tobacco leaf on the finish. Carmenere is certainly an acquired taste. I'm a fan. Inexpensive. Hopefully the Cabernet Sauvignon is on the same page. This was a sample bottle from my sales rep. Might find room for this one. Drinks better than others for similar price.
Good everyday drinker for someone that wants something a little different.

Bom vinho jovem, aroma de especiarias como todo bom carmenère deve ter; um pouco de madeira lhe faria bem
