Nov 26th, 2019Really interesting Chilean Red. This one had to improve with age! Dark fruits, poblano pepper with a touch of anise. Black pepper spice on the long finish. Great with beef! Thanks Ron! Revisited in March 2020. Wine has aged well. Does not taste like a typical Carmeniere. Very good. Revisited yet again in October 2020. Ditto.
