Blue and black fruits, spice, pepper. Round finish and still a touch astringent on the finish.

"Dense" is a great word to describe this, as the wine is so packed with flavor that it's often hard to pick them out one by one.

Bold red and black fruits dominate, but there is also a sweet earth note that is really great here.

Baked fruit with a hint of anise on the nose. Jammy and spicy. Tannic. Truly an excellent Petit Sirah... probably the most complex Petit Sirah I’ve had in memory!

Got some popcorn (diacetyl?) on the nose at first but it's blown off. Toasty component. Dark fruits. Blacks and blues. Medium tannins. Medium acid. Great stuff for the price.

Dense, luscious, and suddenly gone. Great expression of the varietal, and a relative value for the portfolio.
