Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice Cab to go with my weekly steak covered in garlic powder!

Pretty solid... Needs to open a bit, due to slight fruit-forward profile, but desirably bold, earthy, with some spice and smokiness. Worth buying again at $25 (Vendome)

Lovely color, bright red fruit aromas, utterly dies on the palate. Short length with a vaguely bitter/medicinal note.

Nice bold flavor, nothing super special but a solid red!

Nice cab. Nothing extraordinary. Moderate tannins and fruit. Better ones out there for same or better price

Nice cab. Doesn’t stay long on the palette but has a nice aroma, color and tastes good. Blackberry and a hint of tobacco.

Dark color. Blackcurrant taste. Not my taste.

Enjoyed with homemade marinara & pasta, spaghetti squash, turkey meatballs and spicy sausage.

Deep, dark red. Red berries, slight tobacco & chocolate notes. Dry, dies fairly quick, but still a very enjoyable wine - solo or with even fairly dominant food.
