Polished , flavoursome slippery red berry med wt palate. Way too easy to drink 😉🍷

Savoury meaty nice weight and structure

Still shows lovely red cherry fruit aromas and flavors, but since our last bottle there is now an earthy, savory side as well, I think this will easily go another 3-5 more years, but with only 1 bottle of this (and 1 Henk as well), not sure it’ll last that long in my cellar, long finish, very fine Yarra Valley Pinot!!

Red cherry fruit, this shows a tad richer and riper than the Henk, lovely balance and depth, long finish, very fine!!

GC wine club

You can almost taste the volcanic soil of the Yarra Valley - lots of minerals. Fruits are fresh and lively, with touch of earthiness. Enjoyable.

Delicious, Earthy Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. One of the best pinots I’ve ever had. Paid $38 AUD at the winery.

2016 at One and Only. A fine drop contains a little more substance than some other Pinots I’ve had recently. Good drinking at a good price.
